I paid almost 14 000 € for moving from Denmark to Finland. For insurance I paid 600 €, because the company’s insurance was so modest. It was supposed to be all inclusive removal.
On the final bill they had included work that didn’t happen. It was removed after my suggestion.
The price didn’t guarantee quality, as one would believe. Some things like furniture got damaged, because they were not protected.
I found my plants dead in the cellar, because nobody bothered to read what was written on the box of the content.
Instead of taking immediate responsibility, I got endless excuses, explanations and less nice comments.
It took them 4 months to finally repair my furniture. My plants were never replaced or compensated.

We chose Viktor Ek when we were looking for a company to help us move our personal items.
We were given a quote for 2 cubic meters and we have packed exactly this volume. When packers came, they confirmed, that the final volume was exactly that.
However we got invoiced for overvolume and the explanation was that they repack things after they pack them in front of you and usually it causes overvolume. So the quote was not correct and you actually cannot pack 2 cubic meters, because after they repack it without you, it will cause overvolume.
The staff is very unresponsive.
Our package has not yet come, although it has been over 2 months since it was taken.
I tried addressing the matter, but they are being very evasive and vague about their procedures.
I do not recommend using this company.
